RETURNS
We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. You may return an item within 28 days of purchase. We will apply your return as you would direct, that is to say, if you want to receive other merchandise in exchange, or a refund, or maybe have a "store credit" applied to your account, (which would not expire) you need to inform us by email. In the case of exchanges, you must pay for the postage to return the item(s) to us, but we will pay postage to send you the exchanged item(s).
EXCHANGES
We will accept exchanged items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags.

- a note on your sales receipt or a separate sheet describing what you would like to exchange the enclosed item for. Please include the product code, size and colour of the item to be exchanged.
